Shipping Policies

Nolah Organics ships to Canada and the United States and United Kingdom, France and Australia.

All orders ship within 5-7 business days.

We use Canada Post, Fed Ex and UPS. 

Once a package leaves our warehouse we have no control over its movement and can not guarantee the date the order will arrive.

Returned Orders:

If your order is returned to us due to providing an incorrect mailing address or it was not picked up from the post office in time. We will contact you to see if you would like it reshipped. If so we will invoice you for the reshipment.

I Want To Add To My Order:

To add to your order you will need to place another order and the 2 orders will ship together.

My Order Says Delivered But I Dont See It:

Check with your neighbor, the area surrounding your front door. If you are unable to locate it show your ID at your local post office as they may have marked it delivered and are instead holding it for you. If you are still not able to locate it send us an email and we will open a claim with the courier. Provide your name, address, email and phone # in the email. Claims can take up to 2 weeks.

Once we receive a response from the courier we will let you know about next steps. If they are not able to find it they will provide a refund that we can offer to you or we can reship the package.
