Shipping policy

All orders ship within 5 business days.

Due to  the nature of the products returns are not accepted but please contact me regarding any concerns with the order. 

We use UPS, FED Ex, Purolator and Canada Post to ship and we provide an emailed shipment notification with tracking for every order.

We are not responsible for customs fees, taxes/VAT or any other related costs.

Please review your shipping address carefully before paying for your order. If there is an error in the address you provided there may be a delay with your delivery or it may be returned to us. You will be responsible for any costs to reship your order.
